Piadina is a thin dough already cooked with an italian origin. In this case, it is elaborate with spelt flour. Appreciated taste and texture given by their specific system of baking to the flame. Similarly to fajitas or cakes, it is ideal for a quick meal, breakfast, snack or starter. It can be stuffed either with sweet or savoury. Each pack contains 3 piadinas.

Heat in a nonsnack griddle or pan one minute per side, place the ingredients on top and then roll or fold the piadina.
Keep in a cool and dry place. Once the product is opened, keep the container tightly closed for a better conservation.
