Traditional vegetable broth, ready to eat, obtained by boiling seasonal vegetables for more than 3 hours. At the end of the cooking it's lightly seasoned with Biocop Atlantic salt. Straining (not filtering) maximizes the concentration of nutrients and provides a unique texture and flavor. Made with freshly picked vegetables.
