Barley is a light and refreshing cereal. An exterior peel is removed from peeled wheat barley in order for them to be suitable for human consumption, for this reason it is indicated they are peeled.

Ingredients:

Whole BARLEY peeled*. *From organic farming.

Use:

Wash barley grain and place on a flame along with two portions of cold water. When it starts to boil, low the flame and let it boil for 45 minutes on a minimun flame.

Keep in a cool and dry place.
