Real quinoa is a pseudocereal grown in Andean Mountains mainly in Peru and Bolivia. Pleasant flavour and tender texture. Easy to cook and versatile in kitchen. It is a nutritious and powering meal. Rich in proteins and minerals as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and calcium, as well as B-group vitamins, vitamin C, E, thiamine and riboflavin.

Wash with cold water. Boil with a covering and do not stir during 20 minutes on a low flame. 2 portions of water each part of quinoa. Pull out and rest for 5 minutes.
Keep in a cool and dry place.
