Ingredients:

Lemon Balm* ( Melisa Officinalis). *From organic farming.

Use:

Adults: Put the filter in a cup, add boiling water approximately 100-150ml. Let the water absorb the soluble parts of the infusion for 3 minutes.

Children: Double the amount of water.

Storage condition:

Keep in a cool and dry place.
