Blueberry and ginger compote. Sweetened with concentrated apple juice. Made with ripe fruit. To make 1kg of this compote, at least 600 g of fruit have been used and it has been done with minimal cooking to guarantee all the natural flavor and aroma of the fruit: Gluten free. Vegan product.

Ingredients:

Blueberries * (55%), concentrated apple juice * (38%), applesauce *, ginger * (2%), gelling agent: pectin. * From organic farming. May contain ginger filaments.

Use:

To spread on toast or pancakes, also for making desserts.

Storage condition:

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days.
